The Everett Alvarez High School Junior Honors English class just completed their fall film project. This project involved making a short film that encompassed a modern adaptation of one of the themes found in The Scarlet Letter.
82 students participated in this film project. The students divided into groups, wrote scripts, acted, filmed and edited their project. The film editing portion of this project was completed at the Digital Arts Lab. The students used iMovie HD to edit their film. Then they produced their final project using iDVD.
The Digital Arts Lab would like to thank Mike Roddy for bringing his students down to the lab. It was exciting to help his Honors English students with their video projects.
We hope to see these creative students back the lab sometime soon!
